Area Orientation and Home finding

Our programs are designed to provide the employee with assistance to find the right home, at the quickest time possible, at the right price, in a community that fits the family’s lifestyle. HRS works in partnership with the Real Estate companies to provide rental properties for the foreign personnel before arriving to the country, following the housing requirements of the families and the companies indicated price features. Before the employee arrives to any of our locations, HRS sets up, through an agenda, the house property visits, previously selected by one of our representatives depending on the information given by the employee.We can include in the agenda: visits to schools, clubs, and a city tour. During the whole visit, the employee will be accompanied by one of our representatives who will offer advice and guidance concerning safe housing areas within the city as well as basic knowledge information of the country.Once the employee has pre selected the property in which to live, HRS is in charge of all the paper work concerning the negotiation of the lease with the Real estate agent or the home owner of the property (our staff prepares the lease contract using the companies format or recommending our own, and carries out the uprising of the inventory).

Settling-in Assistance

Once the employee has finally arrived to the country, HRS offers personal attention to the employee and his/her family. Our representatives provide the family with in-depth counseling and information about their new environment.

Furniture Household goods

With one call HRS can take care of virtually every furniture or household item your employees need to get settled into their new home. Departure Program

HRS provides assistance in the termination of the leases on behalf of the Company or employee. This service is for US personnel going abroad or Repatriated employees that need to resolve lease termination, car sell, utility cancellation or any other issues related with their move.
