PATRICIA BRACHT, GMS

Chief Executive Officer and Partner

Patricia leads HRS’s strategic direction and regional service model. Her experience managing immigration and destination-service programs has helped establish HRS as a centralized resource for organizations requiring support across Latin America and the Caribbean.

She focuses on client relationships, service quality, regional development and the continued evolution of HRS’s mobility solutions.

 

SUZANA MARQUES

Partner

Suzana is an immigration, labor, tax and social-security lawyer with extensive experience helping companies and foreign investors navigate the Brazilian market.

Her work includes employment-based immigration, investor immigration and mobility-related advisory services. She has spoken at business-immigration conferences and participates in professional and international business organizations.

 

KATHERINE ALFONZO

Vice President of Finance

Katherine oversees HRS’s financial operations, including financial planning, cash-flow management, client billing and financial analysis.

She supports the administrative structure required to manage regional client relationships and service activity across multiple currencies and markets.

 

CARLOS JIMÉNEZ, GMS

Senior Regional Director

Carlos has more than 15 years of experience in relocation and immigration services. His background includes regional operations, executive management, finance and information technology.

He supports client service, regional coordination and the operational management of immigration and destination-service assignments throughout Latin America.
